The library of all the books — an ancient repository on the scale of the Library of Alexandria — hidden underwater in the Hexes (the Mergonian merfolk city) with Sissily. The party has entered it several times.
Its books are written on scrale — crushed-pressed-scale paper made by Cicely’s merfolk that survives underwater indefinitely and cannot burn, so the collection lasts the test of time. ⚠ These scrale books may resurface in Chapter 5 — get the lore right here.
