Overview
Altirius governs the legendary magical city-state of Magus — a glittering, gravity-defying metropolis that runs entirely on a ledger barter economy (no gold inside the walls). He is an insanely powerful Wizard whose reach extends to every corner of the city through a network of projections and broadcasts.
He is not an AI or automated system — he is a living (or at least present) Wizard who actively observes, guides, and entertains the citizens and visitors of Magus.

- His relationship to The House of Lycoris (which has a strong military presence in Magus) is unclear
- His knowledge of Zen’s legacy, The Bag, or Gog is unknown
