Overview
Kava was raised, mutilated, and mind-controlled into one of the Four Horsemen of the Zenpocalypse — appearing as a sewn-winged dragon. In Ch 0.3 the party deliberately spares her, letting her escape through a dimension door. She returns in the Ch 0.4 finale wanting to “get the band back together and kick Gog right in his fiery demonic ass” — then is frozen in stasis by Zen and freed at the end. The Well of Souls’ overflow exterminated all other dragonborn, leaving her the last.

- 240208-ch0.2 (⏱ 01:51:39) — Reanimated red-dragon Horseman (Hayley’s former Dragonborn PC); takes flight and sets the ramparts ablaze; briefly dominated by Old Man Jenkins.
- 240222-ch0.3 (⏱ 01:04:15) — Reanimated dragon Horseman — a dragonborn trapped in a red dragon’s body for 1000 years; freed, she takes a giant hammer and escapes via dimension door, vowing vengeance.
- 240307-ch0.4 (⏱ 00:24:36) — PC (Hayley); in this flashback the dragonborn sorcerer Kava, last living dragonborn, min-maxed for damage (Disintegrate, Lightning Bolt, Burning Hands, Finger of Death, fly cantrip, sorcery points). Snaps Zen’s neck (botched), then lands the nat-20 Disintegrate that kills him; her overspent mind cracks, making her the crazed Old Man Jenkins.
