The completely white-furred Harengon head of the Lepus clan, ruling from the Palace of Tessavar. A general in the Menagerie of Lycoris (has been featured in two one-shots); his eyes carry a purple Veil-Filth light (Veil-Stained). Wields the recovered Lepus Katana (its Mei / Basil Leaf resonates with Basil's Wakizashi). At the Genko he recognizes Basil — the lost daughter — and has her taken. Basil's father.
