Once just “Empire,” its spectral persona a were-imp that swells into a two-headed Double Dragon. Now fused with a rival’s outfit into Rose’s Empire, it took the Battle of the Bands and shattered the dream loop with a chord. The music did what blades could not: it set the dreamer free.

Overview
Rose’s Empire is the party’s band. It began as “Empire,” whose Spectral Rock Persona is a were-imp that morphs into a two-headed “Double Dragon” with 30 HP.
In Ch 2.9, Empire merged with Ax el Rose’s rival band, Roses and Guns, to form “Rose’s Empire.” The combined band won the Battle of the Bands — a victory that broke the dream loop and freed TBD.
The lineup brings together the original members of Empire with Ax el Rose, the former rival frontman who flipped to the party’s side.
