Overview
Lilith, also known as “The Blood Witch,” is TBD’s deceased wife, whom he fell in love with in a grove in the Dark Forest. Her name is the secret that the chapter’s scroll-hunt spells out: the six Goliath-rune field-study scrolls decode, letter by letter, to L-I-L-I-T-H.
Her death “charged” the Dreamcatcher relic, a process likened to the making of a Horcrux. She is the emotional engine of TBD’s dream — the loss the dream-loop turns around — and the canon warns that raising her would carry an apocalyptic cost.

The Confession — how she died (TBD’s campaign backstory)
Revealed by TBD’s confession scroll: Lilith Crimson was a Blood Witch of the cult of Rakdos who defected for love of TBD. Fearing a lingering darkness in her, TBD used Modify Memory to steal her memories of that life. When the cult — led by Camilla — attacked their home and killed her sister Cassia, the trauma broke the enchantment: Lilith remembered everything, including Camilla’s weakness. Unable to trust TBD (his lie had cost her sister’s life), grief feeding her blood-darkness, she set out for revenge and died fighting Camilla and her cult. (This is the death that later charged the Dreamcatcher.)
