A necklace that snares the weaver of dreams
Speak the words, strum the webbing, and the Dreamweaver answers — bound. But the relic hungers: each binding is paid for in a death, and the webbing remembers every one.

Overview
The Dreamcatcher is a necklace relic worn by Wolfgang. Spoken with its command-phrase — “Dreamweaver, I know you can help me get me through the night” — and a strum of its webbing, it summons and binds the Dreamweaver.
When attuned, it grants advantage against charm and sleep effects, plus a once-per-long-rest Dream Manipulation that lets the bearer control one sleeping target within 60 feet. But its power has a Horcrux-like cost: it must be “charged” by a death — first Lilith’s, then Wolfgang’s and the Dreamweaver’s.
In Ch 2.9 the party captured the Dreamweaver inside the relic. Afterward it is charred and emptied of its darkness, yet it retains its base properties.
