The canonical scripture of The Church of ITYS, written by Father ITYS

The official holy book (aka the Book of ITYS) — parables plus war-chapters on killing and divine justice, e.g. ‘The Ways of the One Flame’ (the trial of fire and the prophetess). Its stories are covered heavily across Chapter 3; Xeros hands out pamphlets of it to convert others, and the party studies it for the School’s History-of-the-Church exam.

It went through “revisions” as the religion’s canon — the church (and Mutatio) have altered it over time, so the unchanged original is prized. Where it contradicts the untouched apocrypha, the Echoes of ITYS may be the more accurate account — the heart of the school’s comparative hermeneutics.
